Summer Vibes: Quick Corn Salad
Rome in August is just damn hot. I avoid cooking and prefer to contstruct! Here is a very simple salad that requires five minutes in the kitchen. Simple and tasty!
Ingredients
2/3 cup/ 160 grams of canned corn
one large ball (125 grams) of mozzarella, cut into cubes
three fresh basil leaves, chopped
5-6 grape tomatoes, halved
1 Tablespoon olive oil
pinch of salt
Directions
Mix everything in a bowl. Done.
