Italian Rose 101

Summer is here and so is the season to enjoy a crisp and refreshing rose wine. Most people think of rose wine being predominantly from the south of France in Provence (which is also a lovely choice) but why not give Italian rose wine a try? And if you happen to be in Rome - I suggest going to Enoteca Cul de Sac near Piazza Navona. They have many choices of wine by the glass and are well informed - you can find your favorite! Watch the video to find out my favorite three :) Salute!
