Quick Cuisine: Ginger Zucchini Soup
When I am feeling sick, the last thing I want to do is cook. Butβ¦this 15 minute meal beats takeaway any day. Enjoy.
Ingredients
One large zucchini, ends cut off, then cubed
one bouillion cube or 1 1/2 tablespoons chicken broth powder (or two tablespoons vegetable broth/vegeta)
one clove garlic, stem removed, cut in half
one thumb of ginger skin removed, cut in half
half a tablespoon white pepper (yes, its strong, but if you are ill this works)
One litre/Four cups of water
Directions
Put everything listed above in a pot except the zucchini and boil for 10 min. Add the zucchini and boil for another 5 minutes. Done. Now get back to bed ;)
