Quick Cuisine: Ginger Zucchini Soup

This is my go to when I feel under the weather. Easy, quick and gets me back to feeling less like garbage. Daje.

When I am feeling sick, the last thing I want to do is cook. But…this 15 minute meal beats takeaway any day. Enjoy.

Ingredients

  • One large zucchini, ends cut off, then cubed

  • one bouillion cube or 1 1/2 tablespoons chicken broth powder (or two tablespoons vegetable broth/vegeta)

  • one clove garlic, stem removed, cut in half

  • one thumb of ginger skin removed, cut in half

  • half a tablespoon white pepper (yes, its strong, but if you are ill this works)

  • One litre/Four cups of water

Directions

Put everything listed above in a pot except the zucchini and boil for 10 min. Add the zucchini and boil for another 5 minutes. Done. Now get back to bed ;)
